Other information:

The house is suitable for max.6 persons, inviting visitors and camping in the garden is not allowed. Smoking indoors  is prohibited.
In case of breaking this rules security deposit 2000,- Kč will not be returned. Your own bedding is necessary.

The house is rented from 1.5.11 till 31.10.11, in main season from 25.6.2011 till 27.8.2011 only for whole week´s terms.

Basic price list 2011:

Out season: 5900,- Kč - week / house (accommodation is also possible on single days).                                                                       

Main season: 7900,- Kč - week / house (accommodation is possible only in week´s terms (from Saturday to Saturday)).

Price not included local tax (15,-Kč/person/day), electricity and firewood. The whole price (including 2000,- Kč returned security
deposit) must be paid on arrive.  It is possible to pay in Euro in actual exchange rate.

Information about surroundings and leisure activities:

Our holiday house is situated in an area of Lipno lake in Southern Bohemia. It lies in a quiet place at the outskirts of a small
settlement Dvorecna, close to the forest and with a beautiful view to the surrounding countryside. The Lipno beach is available
within 2 Km, a small snack-bar and the Internet are right at the settlement.

Arrival:

Turn off from the main road no. 163 between villages Lipno and Loučovice below the Lipno dam near the bus stop. Take the bridge
over the river Vltava. Then go the right down way, on the crossroad turn left under the railway bridge. Then go straight by the main
road c. 1 Km up the hill to Dvorecna settlement. Here take the first sharp left turn (grass way). The haus is the last one, no. 6. This way
